  • I understand that many services are investments. So, while a 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon contract signing, we can break up the remainder into weekly/monthly installments.

  • For some services all it takes is a signed contract and we begin within 7-business days. But for services like web design and branding I generally book a limited number each month. But while you wait for your slot, I’ll make sure you have everything you need for a seamless transition into working together.

  • I’ll provide you with a full breakdown of your investment in my services along with all additional costs. Things like website hosting, font licences or email marketing subscriptions are not included in my pricing as they are subject to change and at times are not needed.
